Irisland Payment And Delivery Policy

1. Payment

1.2. Production does not begin until payment is received.

1.3. Payment infrastructure and security:

  • Payments at Irisland are processed through secure payment infrastructures provided by banks and authorized payment institutions.

  • Credit card and debit card information is not stored in Irisland systems.

  • Payment transactions are carried out in accordance with the security standards of the relevant payment institutions and banking regulations.

  • Payment information is transmitted in encrypted form during the transaction.

  • Where deemed necessary, 3D Secure or additional security steps may be applied.

1.4. In the event of a suspicious transaction, the seller may request additional verification for security purposes or cancel the order and refund the payment.

1.5. The invoice is delivered to the buyer electronically (via email and/or customer panel).

2. Production Time

2.1. As the products are produced on a personalized basis, the delivery period consists of two stages:

  • Production: [3] business days

  • Cargo / distribution: [2] business days (DHL)

2.2. Campaign periods, public holidays, and force majeure events may affect production and delivery times; the buyer shall be informed accordingly.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is made to the address declared in the order.

3.2. Cargo company: [DHL].

3.3. If damage to the package is observed at the time of delivery, it is recommended to prepare a damage report.

4. Incorrect Address / Uncollected Cargo

4.1. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address declared by the buyer, re-shipment costs may be charged to the buyer.

4.2. In cases where the cargo is not collected, the product is returned to the seller. As the product is personalized, withdrawal or cancellation does not apply, and the re-shipment procedure shall be implemented.
